Lindsay’s List: Best Takeout for Valentines Day in Phoenix & Scottsdale

By LINDSAY FRICKS

If you haven’t already gotten a reservation for Saturday you’re probably out of luck. Honestly though, going out on Valentines has been miserable in my experience. They rush you through the dinner service and it ends up not quite living up to the romantic experience you’ve dreamed up in your head. Thanks to COVID, several of the best and boujee restaurants are offering special take out menus this weekend. IMO this is absolutely genius… Here’s my picks for best Valentine’s day worthy take out in Phoenix and Scottsdale!

Maple & Ash– You can get their full menu but they have two special dinners for two that they’re featuring for Valentine’s. My mouth is already watering over the thought of enjoying this indulgent dinner in my PJs from the comfort of home. Orders must be placed by TODAY so give them a buzz ASAP at 480-400-8888.

STK Steakhouse– I’ve been dying to try this, but just haven’t had the right occasion. They are also offering takeout meals for two starting at $139 which is super reasonable for this ultra high end steakhouse. They also retail their meat so you can pick up one of their famous steaks to cook at home yourself if that’s your jam. They also have an order deadline of today so hit them up at the website to order.

Marcellino’s Italian– If steak isn’t your V-day vibe then check out the pasta lovers basket for $95 (for two) by this Scottsdale italian staple. With a main dish description like “scrumptions heart shaped pasta/potato orbs bathed in Chef’s tomato sauce with bits of mozzarella”, you cannot go wrong, I’m not drooling, you’re drooling.

Sicilian Butcher– This quickly became one of my new favorites in 2020 and they have a mouth watering menu line up for Valentines Day. The three course menu is $60 per person and is available for takeout or dine in. Does anything say love quite like a 15 layer lasagne? I think not.

Rusconi’s Grill– I always forget about this gem located at Tatum and Shea. It’s actually one of my top picks for unassuming but fabulous food. They’re offering an amazing Valentine’s Day three course takeout menu that is sure to impress your lover. This menu is $82 per person and is available on the 14th only.

What are you waiting for! Get in touch with one of these amazing restaurants and help support our restaurant industry that is still struggling through COVID. I hope you have a lovely Valentine’s with your special someone (even if that person is yourself).

XOXO Lindsay, Helping you, your family and friends Live & Love in Arizona
