Hello! We are the Lindsay Fricks Group, a top producing residential real estate team serving the greater Phoenix valley.  We are so excited to get to know you and looking forward to serving all your real estate needs. Get to know our powerhouse team below.

Hello! I am Lindsay, team lead of the Lindsay Fricks Group. Real estate has been a passion of mine since childhood where I spent my summers working alongside my REALTOR Grandmother. I have worked hard to curate a strong community of partners and clients just like my Grandmother did and I am now recognized as a top 1% agent in Arizona and top 1.5% agent in the country.

I’m originally from Park City, Utah. I moved to Arizona over 20 years ago to attend the University of Arizona. Over the last two decades I’ve fallen in love with desert living and everything the Valley of the Sun has to offer. My husband and business partner, Jason, and I currently live in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix with our 3 crazy dogs and 2 grouchy cats.

There is no 5 day work week as a full time Realtor, so often play includes activities and outings with clients who become friends. In my free time you will find me wining and dining, reading, binging on a reality series or planning my next epic travel adventure.

Born and raised in Indiana, Jason moved to Arizona in 2010 for a job opportunity. In addition to being my husband, Jason has been a full time agent since 2021. Jason manages all the day to day business operations in addition to supporting our buyers and sellers. Jason has 25+ years experience in sales and marketing. He has a passion for our animals, all things Fantasy sports and Yankees baseball.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

Arcadia

why you want to live here

Arcadia is one of Phoenix’s most sought after neighborhoods. Adjacent to the famous Camelback mountain, Arcadia originated at Orange Groves before transitioning to the community of ranch style homes it is today. Large mature trees and sprawling green grass lawns is one of favorite characteristics of this community. Arcadia has been experiencing a revitalization over the last 5 years as many people have undertaken large renovation projects to bring homes up to modern styles. Arcadia is centrally located with easy access to dining, entertainment, hiking, golf shopping and more.
