Buyer Consult

Buyer Consult

Buyers typically start working with us 12-18 months prior to a home purchase. We can certainly help in a pinch, but if time allows we prefer to have time to develop a plan of action and build a relationship with you before the home purchase takes place.

During our initial buyer consultation we will define your key needs, expectations, desires and dreams you have for your home. This goes well beyond price point, number of bedrooms and bathrooms… we will discuss deeper topics that zone in on your goals that allow me to narrow in on the right strategy for your home purchase.
