Lindsay was incredible! In a market saturated with realtors, Lindsay is the person you want to assist you in the process of buying and selling your home. For me, she accomplished both ends of buying and selling rather quickly and smoothly. She made the entire experience fun and overall pretty painless. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home together, but that meant selling my current house. Within the first few days on the market, Lindsay secured three offers on my house and it went under contract that weekend! Pressure relieved! Lindsay took the time to explain each offer and walk me through the pros and cons before I decided on a buyer. Lindsay was also very patient and realistic in helping my boyfriend and I find a house that fit our style and our budget. Within a few weeks we found the house that would eventually become our home. She’s an excellent negotiator and managed a successful same-day close on both homes with a contingent offer! I couldn’t imagine the process going any smoother. Thank you Lindsay and your team for making this such a positive experience!

Lindsay is an amazing realtor and human being, and she should be your first choice if you're looking at buying and/or selling real estate in Arizona! This is the second experience that my husband and I have had with Lindsay. Our first experience was last year when we sold our San Diego rental and were looking to re-invest in the Scottsdale rental market. This year we decided to buy land in Payson, Arizona to build a seasonal home on and naturally Lindsay was our first choice. Lindsay jumped on the opportunity and delivered results! We had a ton of fun during the process (and learned a lot) and she even took us on a day trip to Payson to look at some of the land we were considering. If you want a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable about the Arizona market, communicative, and follows through, Lindsay is it!

I am so glad we decided to work with Lindsay and Jason. We had a tight deadline to move in a market with low inventory in our price range. Lindsay and Jason helped us find a house in our budget, advised us in putting together a winning bid and stood by us the whole way. We had a few issues but Lindsay played hardball and got the seller to actually do repairs, which is really rare in this market. They also helped us put in a claim with our warranty company a few months after closing. All and all I would highly recommend Lindsay and Jason for any real estate needs.

If you're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and responsive realtor, call Lindsay. She set clear expectations and guided us through a challenging new build process during these unprecedented times. I wouldn't hesitate to refer family and friends.

Lindsay came recommended by a family member and I'm so glad we decided to go with her. As an out-of-state investor, it can be challenging to really understand if you're making the right decision on location without living in the area. My wife and I were looking for someone that understood our needs vs. wants, someone that was personable yet direct with expectations, and also someone that had a "get it done" attitude in a highly competitive sellers market. Lindsay delivered on all those and then went above and beyond. She knows the Phoenix and surrounding areas very well. Additionally, there was an immediate sense of trustworthiness and integrity we felt when talking with her for the first time. What made her stand out was her customer service; always available and hyper responsive - text, email, phone call. You name it. I know with 100% confidence she gave us the same level of customer service on a $450K purchase as someone that would've bought a multi-million dollar home from her. I would not hesitate to reach out to Lindsay if you're looking for someone to represent you with class. 30% gains in less than a year feels good too!
