Meet Phoenix Home Builder: Nathan Anderson, Rebuild the Block

By LINDSAY FRICKS

Last week I shared what to expect in the custom home building process and this week I am so excited for you to learn a little bit more about an amazing homebuilder in Phoenix, Nathan Anderson of Rebuild the Block. The first time I saw Nathan’s work I was touring for a client. It was love at first sight. Nathan and his crew build high quality, luxury homes with on trend yet timeless craftsmanship and style.

Please meet coral enthusiast, meat grilling superhero and family man Nathan Anderson:

What’s your hidden talent or random unknown fact about you? Used to be a saltwater aquarist and had a coral growing side hustle….lol

Where would your dream house be and what are some must have features? Newport Beach – Balboa Peninsula  – 3 story with roof deck – Scandinavian beach house influence and design.  5 bedroom minimum w/ ensuite for guests and family. Open indoor/outdoor space with pool/spa, bocce ball court & multiple hammocks for lounging.  And, of course, an Emily Yeates design palette.

If you were a pair of shoes what would you be? Slippers in the winter (not much use for them in AZ lol). Vans in the summer.

What’s at the top of your bucket list? Build my family a house. I spend so much time building the perfect Arcadia homes for families to have a place of solitude amongst the chaos we live in. It’s about time my wife and kids get to enjoy living in a Rebuild The Block home ….One Day when I have a bit more time…..lol

What’s your superpower? Grilling Meat.

What’s your guilty pleasure? Nerd Ropes and Reese’s Peanut butter eggs, the 1.2 ounce ones.

Favorite destination in Arizona? Rim Country – we go camping up there every summer.

Best local restaurant? Chop Shop for a quick bite and Chelsea Kitchen for sit down.

Favorite local shop/business? Sweet Republic.

What’s your business? Who is your ideal customer or who do you serve? Building Spec & Custom Homes. Our perfect clients are those that don’t want to settle for an ordinary cookie cutter product and the ones that care about the small details that make a house a home.

What makes you and your business different? Attention to detail and bringing an unmatched level of service and quality are the main keys to our business that set us apart.

How can people support your business and get in contact with you? Buy or Build a home with us….. I’m sure our friend Lindsay Fricks can help you get in touch if you are looking for help in building or buying a new home. Follow us on instagram @rebuildtheblock.
