meet the realtor

Lindsay Fricks

Hello! I am Lindsay. I was born and raised in Park City, Utah. I moved to Arizona in 2002 to attend the University of Arizona. Over the last 15 years I’ve fallen in love with desert living. I have personally bought and sold homes in Tucson, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and Paradise Valley, Arizona. My husband, Jason, and I currently live in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix with our 3 dogs and 2 cats.

I am a subscriber to the work hard, play harder mentality. I have a serious case of wanderlust and a laundry list of places I hope to see in my lifetime. I also enjoy wining and dining, reading and, of course, binging on Netflix. There is no 5 day work week as a full time Realtor, so often play includes activities and outings with clients who become friends.

Why Choose me?

Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in sales and marketing roles for Fortune 500 companies. During this time I became an expert in managing multi-million dollar budgets, negotiating complex contracts and strategic market analysis.

However, my professional resume isn’t the reason you should choose me as your Realtor. I pride myself on developing strong relationships and connections with each customer. Creating a positive experience that goes beyond just real estate is my mission. This includes ensuring you have the latest stats and figures, access to qualified and vetted preferred vendors and a single point of contact. When you hire me as your Realtor I’ll be with you every step of the way through close of escrow and beyond.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
