I am so pumped to introduce you to September’s Local Leader AND my new team member, Savannah Allen. Savannah is a newly minted Arizona Real Estate agent and is our team captain for Transaction Management and Client Experience. Her role ensures that all our paperwork is accurate and timely which is critical to keeping transactions moving forward. She assists in planning and executing all the fun stuff like closing gifts, birthdays and our quarterly client appreciation events. She also will serve as my backup when I can’t be in two places at once. Our team goal is to make sure clients have five star, white glove service at all times.

One thing nobody told me about becoming a Realtor is how isolating it can be. The toughest part though is not having someone in the trenches with you day to day. Until Savannah joined me in July, I didn’t realize how much I was yearning for team camaraderie. Since she started we’ve had fun forming new processes and systems to improve what I was already doing. We have learned a lot about each other, communication and starting a team from scratch. We have both grown so much in a short amount of time and I am really thankful to have Savannah as my partner in crime. I can’t wait for you to get to know her. Y’all are going to love her as much as I do!

What’s your hidden talent or random unknown fact about you? Oh man that’s a hard one…. The hidden talent that I have that most people are intrigued by is that I can touch my nose with my tongue.

What are 3 items you can’t live without? Three items I CANNOT live without would be… 1. Energy Drinks, I can’t start my day without one. 2. TV, at the end of the day my favorite way to decompress is watching some of my favorite shows. 3. My iPhone, it keeps me connected to my loved ones and has an endless amount of activities lol.

Describe your dream home: White house, red door, front porch with a swing, white picket fence, large grass front yard, multiple mature trees in the yard.

What’s your superpower? I would say my superpower is being able to look at situations from other people’s perspectives. I have a very big heart and I empathize with others very deeply.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Love this question! I have learned so much over the past few years and the biggest being, allow yourself to be vulnerable. Brene Brown says it best and I highly recommend her work.

What cause are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about all things animal related and all things mental health related. Animals are such a gift and I believe we need to be their voices. Mental health is still a stigmatized topic in our society and my goal is to help normalize the discussion. I think that process should begin with the younger generation and our children need to know that it is okay to not be okay and it’s normal to feel everything that they are feeling.
